We provide written estimates for repair services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during repair work.
If unforeseen complications arise during repairs that require additional work beyond the original estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional services and associated costs.
Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service calls. These rates will be disclosed at the time of service request.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and interest charges as permitted by law. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts, including through legal means if necessary.
If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving your invoice. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate disputes promptly.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window, but delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the repair location. If our technicians cannot access the work site due to circumstances beyond our control, you may be charged a trip fee.
We warrant our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement or invoice. If you experience issues with our repairs during the warranty period, contact us and we will address the problem at no additional charge.
Parts installed during repairs are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims for defective parts.
